RTI ACT or RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT

RTI Act was formed by the Indian Union parliament to give easy implementation to the constitutional fundamental right of Right to Information held by Indian citizen. This act was formed by the United Nations treaties and covenants. But RBI is defrauding the United Nations as the Act is not  being implemented. Now, whatever is being implemented is in favour of the corrupt and RBI has developed such a mechanism using RTI Act that the corrupt public sector bank staff become fully safe and is able to carry out its corruption brazenly, challenging all laws of land yet claiming that it is fully legal and righteous. Such is the condition in India

 

All can see its under RBI's jurisdiction fully as Section 6 i and ii of the Bnking Ombudsman Scheme 2006 says.

Now it is clear why they do not have any records of their decisions which is beyond any surprise, it never has evener happened in any court or ombudsman that they never keep records of the work done by them which means they never do any work. This is the state of corruption in the RBI.
