ALL INDIA COUNCIL OF MUSICIANS AGAINST CORRUPTION OF RESERVE BANK OF INDIA AND INDIAN PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS
Banking Ombudsman of the RBI has no records of its cases solved as they respond to an RTI petition.There is no such court or ombudsman who does not know whet it has don't but only Reserve Bank of India.
When they do not know what they have done, how many cases they have handles and nothing at all about any of the cases dealt by RBI ombudsman, this means they have either don't nothing at all or helped the corrupt by the covert decisions.
This came to RTI response that they have no records of cases dealt at all, while sometime back they gave information to media that they dealt with several thousands of cases and only in 5 decisions went against banks. This is the condition of the RBI they no wonder why India is an NPA nation.
This NPA is the greatest corruption on earth.
EXAMPLE:
RBI rule and even in the Banking Ombudsman scheme and bankers' pledge all MSE loan applications must be responded to either sanction or rejection and lodged in the banks' books. But case went to RBI and it closed case by bogus remark that it is out of BO scheme's ambit. Evidence:
